This policy explains the delivery methods, time frames, and fees that relate to orders placed on our website, via social media messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger), or via email.

This policy is a legally binding agreement that will be incorporated into the sale between you and us under our terms and conditions.

Free Delivery inside USA

Delivery of items ordered online for a customer who resides in USA can be ready and delivered within 1-3 days after the order has been confirmed by the customer. For items that require resizing like rings, it will take 1-2 more day/days.

We deliver free of charge for the items ordered to us within USA. Our delivery personnel will be handed to you the item that you have ordered on us online. We kindly ask that you must ensure that somebody is available to receive the item.

Outside USA or Other Countries

For deliveries outside of USA, we use a totally insured courier provider. Our company had tied up with FedEx. Delivery timing depends on the FedEx Shipping option you choose on checkout and availability of shipping method from FedEx.

International Customs Fees & Taxes

There are customs expenses needed to be paid for jewelry item being transport to different nations. The responsibility for customs and taxes is at the consumer. It’s essential you may be aware of this tax so you do not be ‘surprise’ in a while when your parcel or shipment arrives. The amount of the costs is something we haven’t any control on, you may get greater information about its charge by means of calling your nearest FedEx facility.

Refund Policy

No Questions Asked Refund Policy
If the customer wishes to return our product, they can do so within 14 days. We will ensure that the refunded amount is credited to the customer’s account within 10 working days. The following conditions apply for refunds, which are subject to a 10% restocking fee:

  • If the customer does not like our product, they can send the product back to us within 14 days. We will refund the amount minus a 10% restocking fee to the customer’s account within 10 working days.
  • You can find our registered address on www.hnsjewelers.com. The refund will be applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 14 days.
  • This refund facility is available only through www.hnsjewelers.com and not through any other stores.
  • A refund request can be made by informing our customer care team via email or call. We will send you a reverse packing kit, in which you need to pack the product as it was delivered to you and ship the product back to us at your own cost. Once the product is received and successfully undergoes the quality check, the refund shall be processed.
  • This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification that the packaging is complete with all documents, such as the original invoice and product certificate.
  • This policy does not apply to products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving, or purchases using promotion codes or discount coupons.

Exchanges Policy

  • If you want to return the item that you have purchase, and you can also exchange it to other item if you are not satisfied with the design. There will be Logistic Charges and Bank Transaction Fees which the Customer will have to pay in case return of product.
  • You can exchange the item that you purchase from us within 14 days from date of purchase. In unlikely event of suddenly price drop within the day of exchange period, the exchange item shall be valued at the current market value.
  • HnS reserves the right to decline any return or exchange item when deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any discrepancy we can cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

Once you place the order, such order can be cancelled from your end before the shipping is undertaken to the destination. Once the request of cancellation is received by us, we make sure to refund the amount to your bank account with the help of a suitable mode of payment within 10 working days. After the process of refund is initiated, you would receive amount of refund directly to your account. If in case the amount is deducted from your account and the transaction has failed, we will make sure to credit (refund) the entire amount to your bank account soon. Please note that this policy is not applicable for customized jewelry.
